Recognised as Best Breakfast in Belper by Derby Evening Telegraph readers, Nourish has been thoughtfully transformed through extensive refurbishment from the once run-down Imperial Vaults pub into a warm, stylish and welcoming destination in the heart of the town.

Now featuring a newly refurbished deli and bakery, guests can purchase freshly baked artisan bread six days a week, alongside a carefully curated selection of deli produce and homemade treats.

Nourish is proudly owned and run by married couple Ali and Head Chef Perry Nadin, who are passionate about championing independent hospitality. The business employs over 20 local team members, led by General Manager Rosie Haynes, creating a strong, community-focused workplace.

The menu showcases high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, all made from scratch by experienced professional chefs. From award-winning breakfasts and relaxed lunches to barista-made coffees and handcrafted cakes, every detail is carefully considered.

By day, Nourish is a vibrant, licensed café-bistro. By night, it can be privately hired, transforming into an intimate, candle-lit space offering cocktails, bespoke catering and impressive grazing tables. Nourish also provides external catering and event styling.

During the warmer months, guests can dine al fresco in the much-loved Secret Garden, which hosts pop-up events, summer evenings and grill-and-BBQ experiences.
